Chrysler Group will stop selling the Dodge Journey in Europe and will instead market the crossover with a Fiat badge, Fiat sources said. The Fiat version of the Journey will be called the Freemont, the sources said. The Freemont is a key part of Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne's plan to cut development costs and boost capacity utilization at the automakers' factories by cross selling vehicles from Fiat group and Chrysler group brands.
Honda has announced its FCEV concept will be making its world debut at the upcoming Los Angeles auto show. Honda also says the FCEV concept previews a potential design direction for its next-generation fuel-cell electric vehicle (FCEV) launching in the U.S and Japan in 2015 and later in Europe.
The Jaguar F-Type has leaked onto the internet ahead of its official unveiling in Paris on Thursday. The F-Type offers little in the way of surprise to anyone who saw last year’s C-X16 concept, or indeed a current XK for that matter. It’s a more compact sports car than the XK, aimed squarely at the BMW Z4, Porsche Boxster and Mercedes SLK.
